Yellowknife is just located directly under the Aurora Oral and sits in the middle of the perfect Aurora storm. The dry clear winter nights will offer a 90% to 100% chance of seeing the heavens' colourful dance. Our geography makes Yellowknife consistently one of the best places to launch your northern lights adventures. Plus, you can liven up your northern experience by taking a snowmobile ride across our frozen lake for a private viewing, a dogsled ride on a trail outside of the city, and ice fish on our famous lake. The Answers You Need
BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY

Pay all or a 50% deposit to confirm your booking in advance. If you choose to pay a 50% deposit, then the full balance is due on your arrival date to Yellowknife NT, Canada.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct deposit, and cash.

Gratuity is not included in our prices. Providing tips or gratuity is optional but is whole-heartedly welcomed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guest and/or rooming list for groups with or under four (4) physical rooms and/or guests per night:

Cancellations for online payments made through our website will only be refunded to an amount of 75% of the prepaid cost of the tour fare and/or a cancellation fee of $50 as deemed appropriate by Aurora Dream Tours (ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE TRANSACTIONS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE); and/or

Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a $50 (CAD) cancellation fee; and/or

Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the tour fare per person; and/or

Cancellation received up to 3 days prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour fare per person; and/or
-
No show on the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the tour fare per person. This means NO REFUND.
Guests and/or rooming list for groups with five (5) or more physical rooms and/or guests per night:

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 25% of the tour fare per person; and/or

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the tour fare per person; and/or

No show on the arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the tour fare per person. This means NO REFUND.
NOTES

For guests 12-years-old or younger, a 30% discount automatically applies.

For guests 2-years-old or younger, no charge.

All tours must be booked in advance. Preferably 14 days from your arrival date to Yellowknife.

In the case of any unexpected flight delays or cancellations or adjustments to your itinerary made by Aurora Dream Tours, clients may or may not receive a refund or compensation. But we will do our best to look after our clients in case of delays or cancellations of scheduled flights to Yellowknife.
